Refund and CANCELLATION Policy:

A refund can only be claimed if the user requests cancellation before the start of the subscription, you will be refunded the credit through the same mode used by you to make the payment for the subscription within 5-7 working days, subject to deduction of a processing fee and cancellation fee. Cancellation of an active subscription does not result in a refund of the credit.
